JG:   Right.

GN: But the reality is (i/a) you or anybody else would have won. MN: He's a damaged guy.

JG:   He's, he's damaged, I don't dispute that you know. MN: Who would you put int here that would be acceptable?

GN: Sure you could put somebody in locally that they like that's easy, you know how to do that. See you have to buy into being one of the emerging leaders in the county. You have to do that otherwise we're sitting here jerking off. We need a leader.
JG: Yeah, yeah, let me tell you I know that if I chose to be more prominent in the county that wouldn't be a problem because the talent pool is pretty diminished.
GN: Don't, don't undersell yourself,. Christ almighty.
JG: (laughing) I don't mean to put it that way. It's like, but I just never, I just don't see the opportunity and that's why I asked Rosenberg. I was gonna run, I was gonna run and I thought that I could be very effective.
GN: What did you want to, I remember, I remember you having misgivings. You thought it would screw up the firm or something.
MN: I think at the time, first of all we knew that we would probably lose his services forever, I mean and wouldn't be anything left of his time and uh.
    GN: What is your profession?
JG:   I'm a project manager. I manage the building and things. GN: Construction?
JG: Design, est construction, you know, you know. MN: I don't remember now, to be honest with you. JG: You know but.
